Submission on the second draft of the ACNC Bill

FIA has made a submission on the second draft of the Australian Charities and Not for Profits Commission Bill 2012.In its submission, FIA highlights the need to avoid burdensome duplication of reporting requirements between State and Federal bodies and the fact that the Bill has an emphasis on enforcement rather than education for a sector where there is little evidence of errant behaviour by charities.
