Commencing 1.05 PM
The 13th Annual General Meeting of Fundraising Institute Australia will be held during the Dare to be Different Conference at the Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre on 29th February 2012. The AGM will commence at 1.05 pm to conduct the following business:
- Note apologies and proxies received.
- Confirmation of the minutes of 2011 Annual General Meeting.
- To receive and consider the Chairman’s Report.
- To receive and consider the Hon Treasurer’s Report.
- To receive and consider the Financial Report for the year ended 31 December 2011.
- To elect those proposed, having been nominated by the Board of Directors, as Fellows of Fundraising Institute Australia.
- To announce those proposed, having been nominated by the Board of Directors, as Emeritus Members of Fundraising Institute Australia.
- To receive the report of the election of the directors of the Company appointed in accordance with the Constitution.
- Any other Business.
- To handover to the incoming Chairman.
