Annual General Meeting
Wednesday 29^th February 2012
Commencing 1.05 PM

The 13^th Annual General Meeting of Fundraising Institute Australia will be held during the Dare to be Different Conference at the Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre on 29^th February 2012. The AGM will commence at 1.05 pm to conduct the following business:

1. Note apologies and proxies received.
2. Confirmation of the minutes of 2011 Annual General Meeting.
3. To receive and consider the Chairman’s Report.
4. To receive and consider the Hon Treasurer’s Report.
5. To receive and consider the Financial Report for the year ended 31 December 2011.
6. To elect those proposed, having been nominated by the Board of Directors, as Fellows of Fundraising Institute Australia.
7. To announce those proposed, having been nominated by the Board of Directors, as Emeritus Members of Fundraising Institute Australia.
8. To receive the report of the election of the directors of the Company appointed in accordance with the Constitution.
9. Any other Business.
10. To handover to the incoming Chairman.
