Governance Foundations for Not-for-Profit Directors Program

This course is delivered by two of Australia’s leading professional associations. The Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) is Australia's leading provider of executive-level training and the FIA is Australia's foremost authority on fundraising best practice.

This intensive two-day program covers everything you need to know to be more effective at the boardroom table, and serve your organisation and its mission as effectively as possible.

Nic is a highly experienced chairman, director, consultant, facilitator and business leader who delivers courses on Directorship, Governance, Finance, amongst other topics for AICD


Nigel Harris MBA FFIA CFRE

Nigel is the CEO of the Mater Foundation, where over 20 years he has grown revenue from $2m to $70m. He is also the current chair of FIA.


Barry Rafe

Barry Rafe is a financial services professional with experience as a director, CEO and consultant. He is currently a director of Greenpeace Australia Pacific, the Actuaries Institute and a small research start-up business.
