Inside the mind of the bequest donor - a review of neuroimaging and experimental psychology research impacting gifts in Wills marketing

This session will focus on results from Dr. James’ research at the Texas Tech Neuroimaging Institute. He will reveal the latest insights into how donors engage in charitable bequest decision-making and how these findings come together to reveal the deep processes of donor decision-making in planned giving. Not just an academic presentation, this session will present practical, effective and tested approaches to encourage generosity among your planned giving donors.

This event is free for Include a Charity supporter organisations. Other organisations will have the opportunity to pay to attend. Places will be strictly limited so ensure you book early as it will be on a first come, first served basis.

The commandments of legacy gift marketing: a 3-hour interactive workshop with Dr. James

Available only for Include a Charity campaign supporters, Dr. James will be facilitating a complete review of his research and how these can be turned into practical applications for gifts in wills marketing. This session gets to the heart of the issue in gifts in wills fundraising: how do you deliver the right message to the right people at the right time?

Based on Australian and international research in demographics, experiments with words and phrases, neuroimaging and theories from psychology, economics, sociology, and elsewhere, Dr. James will present a comprehensive review of the most critical issues and most effective answers for legacy fundraisers.

Places will be limited and on a first come, first served basis so make sure you register early for this exclusive opportunity.
